Returns and exchange details

• We accept exchanges and returns. This does not include the shipping cost and any duties incurred upon the returning shipment.
• Your exchange or refund will only be issued once the item is returned and we have received the piece purchased in the original condition that is was sold.
• I am very willing to send you more pictures, answer any questions etc before you place your order.
• If you have had an item altered or sized in any way you will not receive the refund for that repair even if it was included in the price. .
• If we have sized a ring for you free of charge we will deduct $35 per ring from your refund.
• If you do not find something that you wish to exchange your item with we will refund your money- There will be a $20 restocking fee charged as well as the shipping a d sizing fees will not be refunded.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

• Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation: before item has shipped

Taxes:

• Taxes will be charged on each item purchased within Canada. 
• If you purchase an item from our store and you live outside of Canada we do not charge tax
• Keep in mind when shipping, the duties and taxes will be your responsibility upon delivery if applicable.

Shipping:

• Due to the nature of our products and the higher value we ALWAYS ship Canada Post expedited WITH tracking unless other wise stated in the items description or requested by the customer.
• Shipping from Canada to USA with tracking will take 4-10 business days- Some orders may take longer due to possible delays at customs. If you need your item by a certain date please let me know and I can calculate a quicker shipping option for you.
• You are responsible for any taxes or duties incurred upon delivery outside of Canada.
• We Ship WORLDWIDE- Please message me for shipping options as prices might be lower than $40 depending on time frame and country that you live in
• We ship WORLDWIDE. The standard shipping price for worldwide outside of CAN and USA is $40- If you are interested in an item and you live outside of North America PLEASE MESSAGE out store for the exact shipping prices. Items outside of North America if shipped at this rate of $40 VIA surface can take up to 3 months to ship at this price ($40) depending on where you live (for example when shipping to CHINA). If you need this item quicker please let me know. We can calculate the cost depending on where you live and how quickly you would like to receive the item and have them shipped VIA air.
• International shipments can take more time due to international customs inspections.

Ring Sizing

If you are purchasing a ring from our online store we will size your ring for free if you are sizing down or for ONE size up. Each additional size increase after is $10 extra per size for gold and silver rings. When sizing a platinum ring it is free for the first size increase and $20 extra each additional size after. Let us know your ring size and we can quote you.
